Plantar orthotics

What Are They:

Podiatric orthotics are medical devices thanks to which we obtain a morpho-structural rebalancing of the limb during the phase of support and propulsion, both in static and dynamic.
The orthotic is used in the algic or inflammatory states of the foot: metatarsalgia, morton’s neuroma, diabetic foot, rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatic foot) and also in pathologies affecting the vascular and lymphatic nervous system(peripheral vasculopathy, etc…)

IN OUR STUDIO WE MAKE WALKABLE RISING INSOLES:

The levitation footprinting process of insoles produces:

  • A better and more even distribution of load forces throughout the foot;
  • improved venous reflux (blood oxygenation and defatigue) full support causes even pressure to be exerted on the venous terminals of the foot with each step (Lejars’ insole).
  • a proprioceptive stimulation of the plantar surface that regulates proper muscle and tendon tension, a fact essential for optimal coordination between the different joint districts. The result is better balance and control of joint stability of the entire lower limb.

The rising footbed is indicated in the following applications:

  • THE SPORTSMAN’S FOOT because of the functional overload to which the osteo-muscular-tendon structures are subjected.
  • THE FLAT FOOT AND FLAT VALGUS
  • THE FOOT CABLE
  • BIOMECHANICAL METATARSALGIA
  • DISMETABOLIC-VASCULAR PLANTALGES (diabetes, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis).
  • POST TRAUMATIC OUTCOMES such as metatarsal, tarsal and calcaneal fractures.
  • CUTaneous and subcutaneous pathologies (bursitis, hygromas, hyperkeratosis).
  • CALCANEAL OSTEOPHYTOSES.
  • CIRCULATORY INSUFFICIENCIES OF THE LOWER LIMBS.
